Funny how the SeaField Rights plan press release came out a day after the Batero Corporate update press release which indicated an acquisition strategy in the area.

Batero looks cash rich (17 million!) and after a cursory look seems to be able to negotiate a better deal than SFF. A takeover would be logical and depending upon price probably a good deal and likely a best case scenario. My impression of SFF management is a bit too much chowing down at the trough and deals calculated to keep the trough full. A rights plan would be in that vein ...more

Also noticed how those options were re-priced the following week to .10  I think somethings going to happen here.
