Looks like new lows instead of new highs...

News massively delayed. Going down to new lows instead of new highs. All the positive talking doesn't seem to gain any attention. People just don't care and don't buy it.
Yesterday down to 0.04 again on relatively high volume compared to other down days before.
If this was such a great opportunity and the news of Tesorito have such a high possibility of being great why isn't it climbing already?
