Just got a reply from IR and that David is no longer with the company.

I don't know what to make of it. I could post what he replied, but I don't know if I should post private correspondence.

He also told me that all further inquries should be sent to

I want back in but I think I will wait for a little more clarity on what's going on before I pull the trigger. I hope something happens that makes me regret not buying today. GLTA

I forgot to edit my comment. Sorry. That was it. He said that he is no longer with the company. Just a one sentence reply, really. I'm thinking of writing to the address he provided. But if he is no longer with the company and also Lopez stepped down as an attorney, I don't think they will be able to survive much longer.
