With SFR currently trading at .24, the value of one right is .0022.  Or, to look at it another way, the buyer of rights at .005 would pay .355 to purchase one share using the rights.  Given that the rights expire on Dec 22, there is little hope that share price would appreciate beyond .355 by that time.
