what can compNy do  with that amount , ????

probaby going to be another financing . probably at 5 cents or higher for more money. Better to dillute the company at higher prices. this is just pure gold spec play with the price of going going crazy. People might get in looking for a real cheapie for a quick flip.

To be quite frank, who are the fooled who going to put money in this compagny? Their main problem is that they have far too many shares outstanding! They own 5 properties but practically all without real value! After this possible upcoming financing, you know what it means for Sphinx isn't it, still more dilution for a company that hasn't proven up anything yet with 128.5 million shares

well the thing is .. people are hungry to get in on any financing in the gold sector right now. Its crazy. I would be surprised if they dont close this offering soon. Try getting in on financing right now. Not a chance. All the big boys, friend and family are taking everything down. Will see what they do but just the price of gold willl push the stock price up and for anyone getting in early

From a press releases on June 11, 2020: ''The net proceeds of the Private Placement will be used to fund the Corporation's exploration projects, acquisition of new projects and for general working capital purposes.'' I mean what are they thinking? $70,250 that's all what they got from their financing and as far as i know, all that money came from compagny's board! Now

I said i don't see the compagny achieving anything in a near furture but i shoul have said that i don't see them achieving anything for years and years to come!

the price of gold is going to move the gold sectors purely just on speculation. This happened before in the last bull gold run and will and is already happening. SOme of these low priced stock can give u some good returns.
