Press release
Well done Snowline!!
The speculators might not care any more but the big boys do. You are a prime takeover target!

I think that they will be able to resist a take-over attempt. Bb

Why would they do that? They are explorers, not miners. Most of their shareholders are venture capitalists, not miners. If Acme mining offered 2 billion USD for Snowline I will vote SOLD!

Of course it would depend on the $ offered. Given their land holdings (and its prospectivity) I suspect that any offer would fall way short of what mgemt deems reasonable. I have discussed the hypothetical issue of take-over several times w/Scott. Bb

There is a 99.99% chance that they are not going to develope Valley by themselves, meaning, at some point in time they have to sell to a major. If no offer is reasonable you either have to wait indefinitely or hold your nose and sign. I will consider 10% metal value a good offer.

"...At some point, 10% above trading price ..." well, we hope it won't be anytime soon. That said, if we look at NG, with a big major already along side....?! So, that can take place here as well. We just hope that the team is free to do their thing for another year at the very least.

Where did you get that quote?

I think that magemt's idea is that it is too soon to sell....given the immense prospectivity of their acreage. That is certainly my view - very likely there are a number of significant discoveries yet to be made. Any bid accepted now would imo be giving away too much. As ever, time will tell. Bb

By fast reading your post, some how I thought you were referring the 10% to be 10% above the trading price at the offering time.. Because you ?ed, I stand corrected. Let me see if I got your though right and you than agree with me. Using your idea for numbers that I came up with: 8,000,000 x 2,000 x 10% / 155,000,000 = $10.32 per share?

Most analysts are thinking 10 million ozs x $2000 USD/oz x10% = $12 USD/share or $16 CAD/share
