The wording in the NR, that Sparling "has agreed to step down as Chief Operating Officer" sure makes it sound like there has been some conflict within the management of SGG.  He was hired as COO in Feb 2011 by the former CEO, Patrick Soares -- but there's been a lot of changes at SGG since then, and maybe he didn't get along with Zbeetnoff and Netolitzky.  He's not

Share price hasn't been this low in 3 years!! Chart is depressing! The low # of outstanding shares is one of the few positives that I see. And why is Sparling really leaving?
