I do not like the price at .26 per share. Very unusual and unfair to existing shareholders. Too much dilution. PP should be much higher.

Seems low, but two weeks ago this was trading at .19 so when did negocations  start I don't  think it was yesterday.  Buy the dip because it's  your last chance to get in cheap.

Good point Silvermax I understand your point BC. None of like the dilution, but it is a cost of business I guess. To think that it was just a week ago we were muddling thru the 16 to 19 cent range ( $$ USA) now we are in the 30's.... It would be interesting to know when these negotiations were started. Regardless, he is spending 5  to 7 mill to get this project advanced. That is good

S#it ,Sprott just spent $15 million dollars on NFG for $5.15/share. Do you think they are 30 times better than our SIC. (@ ..26/share I think Tim jumped the gun....It wasn't needed here yet...no desperation here. What's the rush??????.

Looking back this run-up  in price was probably caused by a leak about Sprott adding to his position  here. Don't  understand  the negativity here.

The shares for flow share yesterday means he is getting a good tax break so not really that high a price.I have had flow thru shares in the past but only with oil stocks so do  not know the tax rate for gold stocks. Tim you can tell wanted to do more more drilling.It is is not a phase 7 but it is half way there. At 50,000 drilling you can real delinate things quickly and not get left

Would agree that doing a pp  at a higher price would be better but in Jr. Mining you take the cash when it is offered. Having ES take a large position in our company is a huge sign of credibility for us.

Yes, I agree. However this is a good examle how the powerful play by a different set of rules. You or I would never be offered a PP at this price. I would have bought in? You and others? Cmon man. Price is tanking today because of it.  BC

Always the case Bluechipper. If not done this way Tim would be worrying about raising the money and when you deal with banksters it would drag on forever and with larger service chargers if you will. IN the meantime Tim would be losing sleep when he should just be concentrating  drilling those 25 targets. He would also be worried by the delays and being left behind by other drillers. It

I agree BlueChipper, me not happy with this GIFT for Mr. Sprott...We could have easily waited until later for another PP, methinks.....Long term it may be alright. Short term we had better come up with some really good cuts and tests to get this going where we want it to go..Just my thoughts though.to take with a grain of salt.....Good luck all.

But guys, Remember that within the last month they added 47,000 hectacres ( ~14 miles x 14 miles square) that is largely unexplored. Tim is rightfully excited and focused on Moosehead. We all want to know what is sitting at Fleur De Lys, right? We need drills to do this. This money raise helps that. I like the money that ES has brought to the project and I have no problem with him making good
