Forgot

Forgot to mention that someone mentioned that the so-called "variant" virus is causing some fear in the stock markets. I posted a note that when a virus mutates into a variant it beomes weaker. Apparently Stockhouse deleted that post. Any reason why?

Because it goes against the narrative of fear that is promoted by the authorities, and promotes individual thinking is my guess.

Do not know why SH may have deleted it, but the statement as worded is scientifically incorrect.  A virus, like us, can easily acquire mutations spontaneously/naturally in its DNA.  Unlike us, a virus does not have the same efficient mechanisms to ensure that mistakes in copies of its DNA do not get propogated.  These spontaneous mutations can be bad for a virus by changing its ...more
