KRAKEN

So can somebody explain we spin out of this and sell of the Lithium all that cash won't necessarily mean big boost to SP??

Spin out and somoman keep shares of the new co. Simple. Then they raise money in the new co and explore kraken. If The SP of kraken climb, we have a much higher valuation for sokoman. Good way to keep dilution of sokoman low

Thats not how it the spinout takes place. Shareholders of Sokoman will get new shares in the spinout along with a new PP in the spinout entity (i.e. new investors). The folks running the spinout will be lithium players as well the folks buying into the PP. The shareholders of SIC can keep their shares in the new company if they wish. How many shares a SIC shareholder will get depends on the value ...more
