Kenorland Study

The Kenorland Study looked at the relationship of discovery hole gram/ton x thickness (GT) to gold endowment of 83 primary gold deposits in Canada.

Sokoman has 27 (2 are just under but close enough to include) intercepts in excess of 100 gram/ton meters:  g/t x meter thickness (GT). See list below.

The average intecept thickness of the 27 holes is 7.92 meters

The total gram/t x thickness average of the 27 holes is 257.4 g/t/meters.

Kenorland Minerals study of 83 primary gold deposits in Canada compared the relationship between discovery hole gram/ton x thickness (GT) to gold endowment and thickness to gold endowment.

Using Sokoman's average GT and thickness for 27 holes rather than just one discovery hole gives a much higher confidence of Sokoman's average GT and thickness to Sokoman's gold endowment when plotted on Kenorland Mineral charts showing the relationship of GT and thickness for the 83 primary gold deposits.

Plotting Sokoman's 27 hole average 257.4 g/t/meters and 7.92 meter thickness on Kenorland Mineral's charts on page 11 and 12 indicates Sokoman's Moosehead deposit is in excess of 5 million ounces.

Thank-you for your post regarding the Kenoreland Study on Moosehead results.  Moosehead is an under valued deposit to be sure.  Taking the next logical step Geezer21, yields 5 million ounze multiplied by the gold price of lets say $1500 per ounze.  This yields an insitu deposit of $7.5 B.  Typically the insitu value will vary between 10-20 percent depending on access to the ...more

So this morning I noticed that the company has produced an updated Corp Presentation.  It is current as of October 2022.  Within the presentation was the outstanding fully diluted share count of 252 million shares.  Thought I should update my calculation of per share value.  My previous calculation usde 204m outstanding shares.  So $750 m insitu divided by 252m shares ...more

There was also a presentation update on Kraken.  It said there was a lepidolite discovery 12 km N/E of Kraken. Google says: Lepidolite is a lilac-gray or rose-colored member of the mica group of minerals with chemical formula K(Li,Al) 3(Al,Si,Rb) 4O 10(F,OH) 2. It is the most abundant lithium-bearing mineral and is a secondary source of this metal. It is the major source of the alkali metal ...more

1) The Trans-Canada Highway runs through NFG's Queensway property, not SIC's Moosehead. 2) What's the name of the nearest town or "metro area" to Moosehead, what's the population, and how many kms is it from Moosehead? 3) What's the status of the road access to Moosehead (paved? logging roads?). 4) I think $2.50+ is unrealistic as a lot of money still needs to be ...more

1)  The Trans Canada Highway runs through the north end of Moosehead 2) Bishop's Falls is the nearest town.  It is a one hour drive to Gander 3) Internal logging and drill  roads 4) Muffin17's  conservative valuation is based on the in-situ value of the gold in the ground, near-by infrastructure and labour.  That is a starting point valuation that is realistic.  ...more

Thanks for stepping in with the details Geezer21.  "AlwaysLong" poster is just trying to keep the price down so he can accumulate more shares.  As you noted, I wrote my Blog from a very conservative view point.  I also used a $1500 gold price which is quite conservative when you look at the price this morning of $1742.   My expectation is that dilution will be ...more

Great posts. I personally want to see them delay a resource estimate as long as possible. Most resource estimates are ultra conservative and go on to kill stock prices. There are exceptions to this rule but I for one would rather see Tim and crew just keep on drilling and revealing more and more high grade gold.

Stockpicks You are 100% correct about REs. The story here is not about the RE. You need to tie the structures together and demonstrate an understanding of these structures to a mich higher degree. That alomg with consisitent news flow which we have not had. The market rewards companies like SIC without any RE. BC
