Hole 505

I went back and revisited the recent PR update and considered todays ggnewmex post of rock and sock. This hole has 3 intersections of two zones plus a 3rd new one at depth? The first one being a scrape by with VG of the eastern trend. The 2nd of monster hole 463. The 3rd one of about 40 metres is a bit confusing but it is also in play as a new zone possibly? Maybe someone can help me with that. This Hole 505 with the assays pending could be the match stick to ignite SIC. Am i missing something that now is the time to be very bullish with fingers crossed.

BTW
Happy New Year to all. Hope 2023 is healthy and prosperous for all of us.

About the first interception from 189 to 210 Tim said in the interview with Allan Laboucan very very good mineralisation

Thanks Guy. That one is the easy one that is hit the outside of the eastern trend. The other two particularily the last one at the deepest level is confusing?  Cheers BC

"The 3rd one of about 40 metres is a bit confusing but it is also in play as a new zone possibly? Maybe someone can help me with that,"  - Blue Chipper. Yes. The 15 December new release (NR) identified three sections in the 505 drill core. 1.  Three intersections of underside of the Eastern zone        189 to 194      5 ...more

Regarding your post whether the deeper zone interesected could be a vms zone it is highly unlikely. there are a lot of fluids moving up the faults in the area from deeper zones. These epithermal deposits are a lower temperature deposit and we are seeing a lot of alteration in the highly faulted area that sic is drilling. that is good for gold emplacement and associated minerals. it probably will ...more

"...whether the deeper zone interesected could be a vms zone it is highly unlikely,"  geominer. Geominer's experienced take has more validity than a speculative conjecture there might be a lower VMS zone.  "These epithermal deposits are a lower temperature deposit and we are seeing a lot of alteration in the highly faulted area that sic is drilling. What is being discussed is the probability of the existance of an epithermal VMS deposit.  These are near surface deposits formed under lower temperatures.  "911 Metallurgist" has a good presentation that explains epithermal VMS deposits: https://www.911metallurgist.com/blog/epithermal-gold-deposits-characteristics

"Geominer's experienced take has more validity than a speculative conjecture there might be a lower VMS zone." After spending a good part of the day reading the literature it would be more accurate to say: "Geominer's experienced take has validity that there is unlikely to be a lower VMS zone." It has validity because it cannot be said for certain indicators are ...more

I think the best analogy to the moosehead deposit is still the fosterville mine in australia. similar geologic age and type of rock where the quartz veins are being emplaced. tim had that picture comparing the moosehead core and fosterville core on the website going back a few years.it was the main reason i bought the stock at that time.  At moosehead we are seeing good grades and decent ...more

Thanks, geominer. Where you been hiding up until now? I see you've been in SIC for a while, unless you sold and just came back. GLTY.

i used to post more several years ago and just did not feel the need to lately. i bought most of my stock in the 10 to 11 cent range and still have my original position. probably should have been trading when it ran up. right now i am willing to wait and see the results on moosehead and the kraken lithium play.
