Why Is Tim Froude Not Buying Shares...?

According to SEDI:

1) The last time Mr. Froude bought shares was back in December 2022 at 0.28.

2) Froude owns a total of 917,500 shares which sounds like a lot, but at 0.10 a share, the market value of those shares is only $91,750, which is quite low for the CEO of the company.

Shares can now be purchased on the open market for less than 0.10. Wonder if Froude is going to buy more, and if so, how much more from a total $ standpoint....?

If Tim has only 917,500 shares and he is the CEO , so how many shares do the average joe need to get a seat at the table ( BOD ) LOL   BCRNW

Tim is the CEO but also an employee of the Company. For juniors or any company with zero revenues, hiring people depends on granting them stock options. Tim has lots and lots of stock options like other members of management so why would they be buying shares in the open market. Tim also does not know what is in the ground until the drill assays come back. If I were Tim with hundreds of thousands ...more

That would be a legitimate excuse, but one wonders whether this is in fact true, and if so, what is the reason for the blackout...? If this is a true fact let's hope it's all on the positive side . still buying at these lower prices and averaging down the best I can . It would be nice for all longs to get some cheep shares also .
