Richest per capita resource country in the world. Where is Canada's gold reserves, sovereign wealth fund, strategic petroleum reserve, high speed rail, free university, surplus budget, dental care, longer vacation leave comparable to Europe, affordable housing, etc., that other much poorer countries have?
