Cash On Hand....?

According to their Financial Statements, SIC had $6M in cash as at March 31, 2023 (June 30 numbers should be released soon)

How much cash did / will SIC receive in the Piedmont deal?

I don't think they received any cash... Bex and sic each received 5 mill worth piedmont shares and Tim said something along the lines of the big pullback in the lithium price may make those shares extra valuable, which is also obviously a forward looking statement.

BEX and SIC received $0 in cash for the deal. Piedmont funded the new subsidiary in which they have 19.99% ownership $2M for exploration. That money is for Golden Hope/Killick. Not for use by SIC or BEX elsewhere. They cannot do that since the subsidiary is a separate legal entity.  SIC/BEX have not received $10M in Piedmont shares.
