tamar Please explain why the Alpha property is such a good shot for spec money.  Seems to me staked property is usually something that has little value as no one else has staked or wanted to pay for it?  I saw one deep hole which in a desert found sand lol....  Still need to do some research but please save me some time and explain the pump?
