The few holes that have been drilled on this property in the last couple of years would be bonanza holes on Victoria's or Banyan's sites. 100 to 200 g X m are the norm here.   If Banyan would release a hole like this it would change their status. 300m of 1 gram is  a lot different than 40m of .6 gram.

I am not sure why Sitka is not getting any love.

Frozen the grade is good for a large style open pit and the width at almost 300m is fantastic.  However there is much more to it than just width and grade...I will try to keep it simple.  So you have 292 gram metres of gold but the problem is that you have to work your way through 200m ie 2 foot ball fields deep of overburden to get at it.  Further over half the gram metres of gold

Hey Give imo it is not as much the depth as a general lack of interest in explorers. Again imo what will drive this stock is rumours of a merger or acquisition by a major. Quite possibly Victoria. The retail crowd is just not there.  Regardless the value keeps increasing with EVERY hole

Jambon There definately will need to be some consolidation in the Yukon and some of that is already happening.  Unfortunately, it is happeining on the cheap.  Example Hecla/Atac.  The real issue is the gold price many are not convinced that it will hold up.  Some are predicting a retrace into the $1650 to $1700 US range.  This will be problematic for many as costs have

stockwatcher I always get lost when people start comparing apples to banana's it is hard to even find a place to start.  Sitka's drill result is a step out.  Probe's is infill drilling ie proving up their resource  They are in the midst of a 60,000 metre drill program and a PFS.  Some how you are equating Sitka at some sort discounted rate to Probes market cap.
