Nonsense!

Same old same old story!  I keep hearing they are operating with a mine nearby as if that is some kind of holy grail?  In the case of a low grade deposit it is absolutely meaningless as 2 of the 3 largest costs are labour and fuel and neither changes.  In fact, moving these grades more than say 10 km is impossible unless you are talking $2500 plus gold.  Fuel and labour are just too high!  So it needs to be a stand alone operation!

Do not get me wrong there are saving to be had in consolidation ie the cost of one management team vs two so yes you can have some savings by selling the deposit and punting C and the boys.... but why would they want that?  Did you see the pay day they had in September?
