Acquisition of Victoria Gold's Clear Creek

Any lawyers in the crowd? Being that Victoria Gold is in receivership and being overlooked by the Yukon Government, does that change Sitka's commitment to Victoria for any of their upcoming payments for the Clearcreek Property?
  • $2-million on or before Aug. 30, 2025;
  • $3-million on or before June 24, 2026;
  • $6-million on or before June 24, 2027.
Are their situations where this would change? 
I am assuming payments will remain status quo, but this is not my specialty?
