  It is a Flow Through Financing so it is normal for the financing price to be above the market price. Participants in the financing can dump their shares at 40 cents after the hold period and still make money with the tax advantage.   Another example of a financing done well above the market price is Goliath GOT. Currently trading around $1.05 and the flow through was completed at $1.44 so it is fairly common these days due to poor market conditions. Everything selling off again today with the gold juniors. Difficult to believe there is such a poor market for the gold juniors with the price of gold well above $2600 an ...more
