They did the same thing this morning.

Volume figures are for both US and Canada trading.
From 16 to 23 cent stock traded 5.2 million shares. 

After the top at 23 cents 9 days ago....5.1 million shares have changed hands.

For the chart watchers....completed a golden cross today 50dma over the 200dma. On Balance Volume hit a new high. Most stochastics are in over bought range. MACD in over bought range.  RSI has recently backed off from over bought and turned up again today.
