yes but they have not even closed the deal to buy the Faro lands with the county. Its been almost 7 months now we are waiting for it to close. I think it happens sometime late in 2Q, so there is still a lot of time, and some uncertainties here. I hope they don't keep those shares either, that would be depressing since the market doesn't really seem to price the holdings accordingly. So let
