USA Rare Earths already holds a stake in Search Minerals. Has signed a MOU with Search to supply REE's to feed a "Mine to Magnet" strategy. USA Rare Earths has taken an 80% stake in the Texas Round Top Mine & will require several stable REE suppliers! See-

(Could USARE seek to take a larger position in SEARCH MINERALS once a PEA is completed?? (Not so unlike the stake taken in the TMRC project?)
