Previous Undisclosed Material Events

Search Minerals just put out their quarterly's. Absolute Trainwreck. 

Going through the MD&A is paragraph after paragraph of previously undisclosed material events. 

These are major corporate developments that should have required a news release. 

Absolutely incompetent Board with zero Management accountability or disclosure. 

Hopefully www.concernedforsearchminerals.com starts to gain traction to finally replace the Board of Directors.
