Vote for new board members
The easiest way to vote for the new board members is to contact your broker or Bank that you bought the shares through and ask then for the control number for proxy voting for Search Minerals upcoming meeting. It may take up to a day for them to provide you with the control number. Then all you have to do is go to www.proxyvote.com and enter control number on main page to go directly to voting. You do not have to create an account, just enter control number. By voting online your vote is counted immediately and removes the chance of your mail in vote not arriving by June 18th to be counted.
