Lets talk back about SNL
I did a lot of DD recently and in the last Financial statement i read that they need to pay 1 million before october 2017 and 1 million in 2018 for the 80% aquisition. So if they proove good lithium we should do good!

the beauty is that they signed this deal 3 weeks after our partner got the assets....so good dd would be to find out where our partner got the assets from and what they know :0)
