Do you know who is the new CEO? Check his bio. Hw ouldn't have taken tht challenge unless he has a definite plan. By having a R/S it will help him to execute properly with only 6M S/O His involvement here had to be in the works for quite awhile with a very special game plan

I doubt that there was a special game plan...drilling was a bust..CEO took a powder..the only game plan left was to roll back the shares .. issue lots of cheap paper to finance whatever else they might be able to pick up down the road..... expected this after the stock tanked. .. might check it out later... Already took a substantial loss ..so will think twice about Investing in their next project
