In my opinion, SNV has played the Reserve Fund study card at right time, yes it has cost us extra money (insiders money) which technically was to be shared but it will put a serious pressure on the partner. There may be bigger player (established household name) waiting in the wings that will take over the project from SNV and will straighted the partner.

Never noticed this before but it said "established household name" where is this household located?  Is this householld in North America and the name is well know in North American households or is the household in Indonesia?
