Was the ability to "jointly operate" this PSC.  Many reasons given as to why there was this inability.

Will the new CEO allivate this?  What can he do that was not done in the past?  Is this going to make a difference?

Is there another way to get an agreement to operate this PSC?  Government intervention, new partner, or partner suddenly deciedes to cooperate?

All the valuations and potential interested 3rd parties in the world don't matter unless this is solved.

Jimmy signs JOA - we win Jimmy sells his interest- we win Sonoro gets RISC done - we win Sonoro sells their interest- we win No matter what option happens next this stock goes up.  No more months and years of idiots doing nothing

Whatever the plan is, it would be great to a see a conventional CEO lay out a plan and pursue it -- with corresponding progress in share price as the plans progress. Hopefully he gets off to a strong start next week

Let's give Captain Kirk the benefit of sometime after his Monday start date to roll out his strategy and get up to date with the past issues.  I am sure he needs introductions to the team, sort out who is who and what is what. Do we know  exactly what the problem was?

No clue... I didn't even know there was a problem regarding personnel. I know JOA is all agreed too just needs a signature from Menara. I'm certain Kirk is very much up too speed on the issues. Nobody walks in to an asset like this wondering why it didn't take off. My gut is if Jimmy likes this guy and his ideas we get a JOA done with a signature. Too much time has been wasted thus far

Sinarmas is a multi billion dollar company and one of the largest private companies in Indonesia so money was never an issue.  These guys can sneeze and throw $20 million dollars at this and re start wells and generate big cash flows.  This was all about proving a point about who is driving the bus.  These guys partnered with Sonoro 2.5 years ago and does not take that long to sign
