I unfortunately, have had a bad experience working with Asian business people. All is fine, yes no problem, its all a go etc etc at the start. When it comes time to put up the money, you will hear every excuse imaginable. Delay, delay. Change this, change that. In the end, you have lost 3 years. Don't know what is going to happen as I've been here for years. How can such an easy play get this f@@ked up? That's what I said on my deal. GLTA

yes but what makes this partner special is they can sell their interest for alot more money than they paid and still refuse almost like they are trying to take down this project.  Next week should be start of something as there has been zero update with new guy and his plans but like I have been saying it was speculated before problem with old ceo and reason for change but now 8 weeks later
