Yup insider skin is a very important green flag to many. Hell I,m holding a stock where insiders and 1 instition hold 50% and with news imminent that means we all win so plenty of motivation to bring up the sp yup. Jimmy lost his motivation a long time ago .

Why the sell-off?  It's directly related to the impatience of some shareholders, like the ones who expected the new ceo to solve everything in a week (as noted previously). I take this announcement as very positive and realistic.  The new ceo's first priority has to be to raise some cash so that SNV lives to reach the next stage.  Without that, he doesn 't have the

Yes exactly so Tree you may want to do more dd about being new and now 2 months since announcing  The guy who must be laughing at all this is Chris Atkinson who was pushed out with I'm guessing a negotiated severance package or could sue the company and they are no further ahead.  Actually worse off today than when he was ceo

We will never know the reasons why people choose to bail at certain times. It could be the company's prospects, but it could also be a better opportunity to invest elsewhere in a down market, their kid needs braces, or even that it's time for a new motorcycle and this is just TFSA play money. Depends if they're talking about putting boots on the ground to get new data / new areas / greater depth and detail, they're on the schedule of whoever is available. The work might only take a few weeks though, and perhaps a few more weeks to turn that into meaningful information. That's just info that would help value/sell the block, and is different than a report that would be

  well it is still a mystery to me why they continue to limp around like a zombie company with no prospects.  The number one priority after pp closes should be to get a report done ASAP and announce, this can then lead to raising $2.5 million dollars which they desperately need but more importantly makes waiting on Jimmy irrelevant all of a sudden
