With Menara it was essential. I was directly told a few yrs back that without a JOA there would be no advancement.... Unless something has changed like a new credible partner

I was told directly from Sonoro that no re start of wells can start on the PSC without a JOA so if things have changed this going to be huge...was also told no reserves without a JOA but we know how that worked out for 2 years Bring it on with the RISC valuation

I posted first time when it was at 5cents and now alrdy going to trade at 065 and likely hit a dime.. I don't use rumors.. use facts.. fact is Barrel of oil still on the rise.. snv management bought the recent pp.. which closed 11 days ago.. everything is aligned for a nice pop which seems like the trend as we speak Again..
