Wonder what is so special about the meeting? is this just a standard format of the letters Computershare send out? 

Look at VLE who also uses Computershare, they have the same wording "Annual General and Special Meeting"

They haven't released an agenda yet, just the letter like we had so far

Usually means nothing "special". Generally anything that requires shareholder approval other than the usual AGM, re-electing directors, auditors etc.

OMG you really are dumb at 2 cents there will be nothing usual about this meeting.  Sonoro as we know it is done and appears our project is too.  No news is never good news my humble opinion of course

so as of today we have no project, no partner, no money, and left with just a shell of a company If these donkeys keep status quo and nothing special about this meeting coming...wow!!! I and many others on this board beg to differ and believe a complete restructure and reverse takeover is the way forward.  At such time I will take a victory lap ok Georgia and Ark88? Let's wait and see
