  I guess if I owned .07 warrants that expire worthless in December 2022, I might be a little pissy and pessimistic.  But good luck to you regardless. I hope you can make some money on SNV like the rest of us that are holding out.

Just a reminder on the warrants which expires December 31, 20220. A total of 26,207,247 warrants at $0.07 would bring in $1,834,507 to the treasury. The acceleration clause kicks in if the SP trades above $0.20 and 0.15, respectively. Add to this, the options similarly priced and you're looking closer to $2.5+ mil. What price should the SNV shares be when they're calculating SGE's

Level 2 looks fantastic any sort of positive news can shoot these shares to 10-15 cents  tic tok  unfortunately this story has become the Boy who cried wolf...unless the press is spectacular and a slew of new investors step in

Hmm, so you believe the warrants are going to expire worthless.  Actually, I believe SNV will extend them again, if it is still alive.  And maybe reduce the trigger price again.  But that doesn't make me optimistic about making money.

  That's just one possible scenario for the warrants. Expiry wouldnt be my first hope. Acceleration would be best for all. Good luck to all.
