Where does it say that the completion of the RR is tied to anything. Please show me where? The only thing that is conditional, as noted in the MOU, is SGEs stake in SNV in exchange SNV increase stake in Selat Panjang. Understanding that the sequence of events is SGE stake in SNV first then etc.

You believe everything that's written in the NR. In that case we would be at a dollar now. Snv would have release the report long back if that was the case. They could have done back in 2019 itself . Yup.... Good catch. Devil is in the details. On that note SGE as far as my understanding needs us to start production or they would have gone alone already. Hopefully Jimmy sees the light and signs either JOA or becomes a serious major shareholder in SNV

Roy yes they will.  They confirmed with me will not announce the Reserve report without a JOA in place which also moves Barrels of Oil on the reserve from resources to reserves which command a much higher value...and stock price.  This is reason for delay but word is we are just about done...can taste it now.
