Accumulation.

I got a feeling that over the last few months, an entity has accumulated several millions of shares. Which leaves me with the following questions. 1. If indeed it's going to SGE at current prices, why would SGE be accumulating? 2. If the above scenario happens, then would SGE be in a position to perform a hostile take over? Would that be at these prices given they are keeping it here. Just thinking out loud. I can't figure why we can't trade freely, we keep trading and not crushing and yet no NR or an agreement. Who is benefiting from this standoff? Does it have a purpose?..

Daaaam!... I'm going to painfully admit I hadn't thought of this theory of Jimmy accumulating on open markets. Kind of like us watching one shiny object in one hand and not paying attention with the other. Unsure if your theory is legal or not by regulators

Once he gets to 10% beneficial ownership, he would have to declare to the exchange. Plus, unless our mgmt are complete morons, which the jury is still out on. There are mechanical defences for such an action.

I did read our ceo sold his last company for half a billion, so stands to reason he can close a deal!

He was impressive at AGM when he spoke... A serious in charge guy who's totally in control. My SNV discord group has complete confidence in his expertise. It was brought up by a poster as to why nobody from management has put another nickel up recently if things were good.... Well they can't during any negotiations or restructuring. On flip side there's been NO selling by management

Agreed Schlopp, Kirk knows how to close a deal.  and with our partner already having a convertible note that converts to approximately 19.9% of the float, I can't see them accumulating on open market without regulatory requirements being meet very quickly.  still of the belief the walk down and accumulation we have been seeming is the calm before the massive run of good news ...more

In the absence of news, IMHO there're only two indicators for the longs to hold here. 1. Trading activity. If the deal was dead we would not be where we are. 2. Website update. I've never seen a company update a website before the event under negative circumstances. All very thin to many I'm sure but all things considered it's doing relatively well, so far. Crunch time starts this ...more

Ark is the same old trash who told me don't say anything negative on the board. Ark just wants everyone to say positive things because he doesn't want to see his shares look red. Once again i wish all the best to everyone here . I hope we all make together. It's been a long 5 years .  signing out now . Bye  have a great week ahead!!!
