I may be the only one or one of the few looking at this positively:
consulting fees looks like it is for reserve work. However these cost currently haven’t been paid rather will be due in future and currently sit in AP (unless all covered by warrants as cash hasn’t moved) most likely scenario is a blend. Negations still ongoing. With SGE looking at taking a position it explains the low SP currently for lowest possible entry. Also still states we seem to have 25%+24% option The Bakau statement seems a little odd. It’s definitely in the PSC last I knew. I think we could get news now especially is deal related as 51% would constitute reverse merge and requires all financials to be compliant (todays filing) assuming SGE could be looking at 51% ownership in SNV
