Btw there is at least $45,000 available on the bid for anybody who is rational enough to take a bit of cash rather than holding millions of 'lottery tickets' that have already lost.

As far as the suggestion to take the offer and 'move on', the problem is there is nowhere to move on to except bankruptcy.  If SNV was unable to raise funds to maintain a valuable asset (the PSC), who would give money to this 'management' group just to pay salaries while dreaming up some new project that they are extremely unlikely to execute?  SNV is not even a clean shell as it has other debts from past failures.  Companies live and sometimes die.  Some shareholders will remain in denial to the end.

Kirk is gone and removed from website.  Is it time to buy back in here?  What are the longs hoping for next?

Kirk was supposed to resign subsequent to closure of the Selat Panjang partnership. Now Kirk is gone from the website but Selat Panjang is still there.    What does it mean ?    To me it mean either Kirk said fack off I'm gone because they don't get response from SGE or SNV board wanted to continue negotation and Kirk said then continue without me.

SNV is trading like nothing good happening either way.  If they get knocked down to NEX board then for sure worthless
