Just spoke to IROC

And will be phoning TSX and NEX in Vancouver when they open. IROC said based on the news release, it's possible this will be halted til June 15 when deal closes. Will update after I call TSX and NEX

TSX is reviewing and they can't give a timeline. My thoughts are that they are reviewing for uplist to TSX.V . Only good from here onwards, we just have to wait.
