Probably wants to make just over 6 mill for her time, given the magnitude of her last sale. Thats 3.75$ per share. The cred of her last successes creates business gravity that attracts new projects as others want a sure bet and a vetted background. Seriously starting in Canada where up mid and down stream companies have a good market cap! Now add international and I stand by my 5$ estimate as a minimum. Takes time sure, but the reality is it has historically happened to o and g companies before. ( far beyond 5$) from small caps. Good thing is for a stock at 7.5c our management hasn't diluted us as they too want to make money. Doing what they can to prevent that speaks volumes to their commitment to us shareholders. Look at larger caps and shares out and we don't look diluted at all!

Maybe she wanted the entire private placement but that would have led to too much control with one person  going to be a very exciting week no matter what happened we close this project and secure it based on the terms announced which will lead to a new value on SNV shares

A partial loan and partial convertible debt to finance the 1.5M would be a great way to give Sara the option for more shares and limit dilution.  500k convertible debt at 10 cents, 1M dollar loan could do the trick
