A lot... it has to be 4 months after the warrants are issued.   From the news " As part of this non-brokered financing, warrants are subject to an acceleration clause. This clause states that if, four months and one day after the warrants are issued, the closing price of the common shares of the Corporation, on the principal market on which such shares trade, is equal to, or exceeds

  what about the warrants from May financing at 1.5 cents and warrants at 5 cents?  This is an additional $1.5 million getting called next week I think if stock stays at 15 or higher until Friday this week  correct me if I'm wrong but speaking to warrant holders this is what they expect

There's no acceleration clause for those, they can be exercise anytime they want but within 12 months. So they have until end of May 2024 to exercise them.

WRONG.  There is a 10 day acceleration on the 5 cent warrants and that will be triggered after the 4 month hold ending September 26.

I was thinking more along the lines of the legacy warrants that were extended multiple times. I recall an acceleration clause for those warrants originallly. GLTA

For those it was change from above .15 for 10 days to  close above .20 for 10 days see news from Dec15, 2021 But I don't know if it's still in force since they didn't stated anyting in the last extension
