Maybe…

IF there is a delay it could be that the company has pivoted and has changed their strategy to drill the first well as a lateral like well no. 2. This would cause a new permit/licence to be drawn. Stay positive. Things are happening behind the scenes. 

The share price held up well on a bad day on the market.

  multi lateral horizontal wells can add 4-5 times the expected oil production so if your correct this stock going to fly! but again why not announce this?
