Current temperature showing -32 C but feels like -44 C. Would these temperatures affect flow rates?

Dunno, but I don't thinks so. I've hauled lots of oil and Temps were never a problem. I once was involved in a new well that began producing so fast they were literally giving it away. They'd tell us to drive in a direction while they found a place that would take it.
