So 700 k loan here.  My guess is , 

They knew the loan would appear on financials so why waste cash on NR. Especially if they have a whopper coming and it won’t matter is my hope

Back in December 2023, around the time they made the video about something transformational. Unless it is to buy or lease abandoned wells (which is what Ezekiel Oil does) in MENA like dingle nuts was boasting about... they better have one hell of a Q1 this year. Lots of companies out there more deserving imo.
