I still believe it would be nice to wake up some morning with the share price up!  I still believe that within another 7 years we will be at a higher share price than we are now!  I still believe that there will be some people pumping this stock trying to drag in new shareholders to the fun we are having! I still believe, I have to keep telling myself I still believe!  I still believe we will see whatever happens, whenever it happens!

Why am I getting the feeling that Sara is nothing more than a trophy and lewer to attract investors. I heard she wasn't in attendance for AGM. She hasn't been named in any sort of negotiations and would appreciate knowing her role if any. I was also expecting more SEDI filings regarding warrants exercised by insiders and will be watching for it. Get the MOU signed team

Wouldn't MENAco holding 15.2% of SNV make it an insider? Unless, someone holding a majority position in MENAco is already an insider. After giving effect to the Proposed Transaction, it is expected that the MENACo shareholders will collectively hold 15.2% of the issued and outstanding Sonoro Shares. Ark i read it as MENAco is comprised of multiple shareholders. Each of these shareholders will in turn be granted ownership in SNV that comprises 15.2% interest. Individual, each owner would not exceed ownership requirments to be deemed an insider per Venture requirments

If MENAco was a partnership for instance, then may be, but it states that  MENAco is a "company". A company owning greater than 10% is an insider. So why wouldn't  MENAco not be an insider? The key phrase is "The Company does not expect any new insiders to be created as a result of the Proposed Transaction." If its not created, then is it existing? (TSXV

Ark, reread the NR.  MENAco is already created and SNV is taking a 20% interest.  The NR says the below saying shareholders of MENAco, not MENAco owning 15.2% of SNV.: that the MENACo shareholders will collectively hold 15.2%

I would not hold my breath on that, considering their track record, the chance that the end of month come and go without news is quite high.

Less dilution is better for the cause. Can't remember if the MENAco shares are new or current common shares though.

You can't remember because we haven't been told who they are. Similar to not being told what country in MENA, MENAco has an agreement with teh NOC for
