Looks to me like someone intentionally keeping price down. Bulls and bears make money. Pigs get slaughtered. Shorter playing both sides?

Looking for a pattern which may suggest intent. Nice to see Morgan and Virtu back buying again. Why didn't they buy the 600+k ask at 9.5 cents earlier in the day? Too obvious? Volume is key as always. GLTA!
