Like to see the upside kicker

As we just diluted the company by more than 50% for a million bucks.

Now.without vbalue added-and the company is not saying anything to date-this deal sucks and is screaming of desperation.

Why would NOBODY offer Soho seed capital?

With the obvious said,it is like VC says-the new seed capital has come in and there is a deal done we ,the average shareholders, have no inkling of what is to come.

The new investors did not dumnp in a million bucks without this company taking a new direction.

Matt, we have been in this for quite some time.  Knowing the gameplan wouldnt change a thing in terms of the price of the stock.  That is why I do not care what it is...so long as the share price is moving up at a time when gold is on its up rise.Ralph was never going to do a JV or partnership if it meant for the current management team being replaced or taken over by the JV/Partner ...more
