shareholder value is 'EVERYTHING'

Jim Puplava on SSRI concerning C.E.O.Bob Quartermain

No BS to the questions I asked him.

Everything that he was talking to me about-he talked about shareholder value.

That is music to my ears-as a value investor.

Here is a guy that understood that shareholders supplied the capital and shareholders own the company.

He was talking about approaching things from a shareholder point of view.

Before we financed SSRI at the early junior stage Jim was struck by his respect of shareholder capital and the perils of the 'pump and dump' cycle of Vancouver and Toronto financiers.

He was making money for his shareholders even when they were not producing silver.

He bought assets for two cents an ounce silver when the POS was out of favour.

Bob does not have an ego and is always looking out for what is best for his shareholders.

-Minimum dilution.

-Understood financing and financing cycles.

-Look at the (SSRI) amount of ounces per share.

-He has increased it every single year.

-He has brought outside expertise into the company to move them into production-management and BOD's.
