Yes, we gambled and lost. I don't know how potential investors would assess Ralph's track record,
but if it was me I would not want him around. I think he is a nice guy, but hasn't played his cards right,
I think he sees the project as a hobby  and......he certainly has not kept us in mind

I can also claim to have shown disgruntled moments , but i am not willing to give up just yet, it's not over til it's over(Yogi Berra). We gambled & we lost, not so fast, please give it time. The given is, the consolidation will  be atleast  2-1, so  Ralph please remember, we are  lowly folks, trying to supplement our income, by investing in companies, such as Soho
