With 150,000,000 shares outstanding and on average less than 1,000,000 shares/day changing hands since this rally
started the price of the stock is determined by 1/150 or less than .7% of the shares outstanding......

Look at the trading pattern of May 2009, then again at Febr. of this year. We haven't shed the one day wonder syndrome yet.
